Dar-ul-Islam Academy's establishment is an old and ancient thing, which has been established for the benefit of poor Muslims in Pakistan, especially for their children and to provide them with religious education. For centuries, children from all over Pakistan, Balochistan, and particularly from the Hindu-majority areas, have been coming here to acquire knowledge and wisdom. This institution has been providing residential facilities for Muslim children for a long time.
In 1925, during the period of Mr. Abdul Mannan, the administrator of the academy, the need for this work was felt. To fulfill this, Mr. Nawab Haali, Mr. Ikwan, and Mr. Afzal Jungoo, along with other Muslim dignitaries, provided twenty rupees from their own pockets and established this place as Dar-ul-Islam. Since then, over the past 41 years, this place has been used as a residence. The work of taking care of this has been done by Mr. Nawab Khan and Mr. Adam Khan, etc. Until recently, it was not made into a trust, but now it has been converted into a trust.
